Amazon / FBM Customer Returns

$1.50 per unit fee + $0.50 cents for additional same SKU which includes Receiving, Inspecting, details of condition and placed into inventory. If the items are to be sent back into Amazon, prep charges also will apply.

Damaged Returned item processing $1.50 per unit fee + $0.50 cents for additional same SKU

[ Up to 10 items. More than 10 items, add 25 cents per item in excess of 10. When we receive a damaged item from your vendor and/or need to return an item on your behalf, this fee will apply instead of the Pack/Prep/Ship fee. This covers the time spent printing the return label, boxing it up, and shipping it out. There is a 25 cents per item fee to dispose of the damaged item if you request us to do so. ]

Return Item to Client $1.50 per item

In the event an item is not able to be listed on Amazon, this fee will apply to any items returned back to the client.

Returns Sent Back to Vendors $1.50 per item 

Any products that need to send back to vendors will incur a $1.50 re packing fee per box. If the suppliers' box is not available or damaged we will charge for an additional box charge according to size.

Removal Orders from Amazon that are not damaged

There is $1.50  + $0.50 cents for additional same SKU receiving and processing fee per unit for any removals that are sent to us.

Amazon Removal Order Processing - We receive, inspect, and count.

If needed we can also sort, re-label and case-pack the products. We can then store the product, ship it back to Amazon, or ship it anywhere needed. Regular prep charges will apply to ship back to amazon.
